Induction ranges work with the vast majority of cookware. Our ranges are commercial quality and triple the cost of similar gas ranges. Features include Convection, Air Fry, and Air Sous Vide. If a magnet sticks to the bottom of your pot or pan, you’re good to go. Only some low-cost or older copper pieces won’t be compatible, but most everyday cookware works perfectly. Bonus: induction cooking is faster, safer, and more energy-efficient than traditional gas or electric.
